Introduction
At Artisidigital LTD, operating as ARTISIDESIGN.COM, we provide professional digital design services. All services are delivered electronically. This Service Delivery Policy explains how and when our services are provided to clients.


Service Delivery Method

All design work and final deliverables are provided digitally and sent to the client via:

  • Email to the address provided at checkout, or

  • A secure download link, when applicable.

No physical products are shipped.


File Formats

Final design files may be delivered in formats including, but not limited to:

  • JPEG

  • PNG

  • PDF

  • Other formats as agreed during the project scope.


Delivery Timeframe

  • Initial Delivery:
    The first design concept is typically delivered within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Final Delivery:
    Once the final design is approved, all files will be delivered within 1–2 business days.

  • Revisions:
    Revisions are delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on the scope of the requested changes.

Delivery timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.


Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements

  • Responding to design approvals or revision requests in a timely manner

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.


Confirmation of Delivery

A confirmation email will be sent once the final files are delivered. If the client does not receive the files within the stated timeframe, they should check spam or junk folders before contacting support.
