Refund Policy

Introduction
At Artisidigital LTD (operating as ARTISIDESIGN.COM), we provide professional digital design services delivered electronically. Due to the custom nature of our services, this policy explains when refunds or cancellations may apply.

No Refund on Completed Work
Once a design project has been completed and the final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the service has been fully rendered.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started, and no design work has been delivered.

  • A duplicate or incorrect charge has been made.

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Revisions Policy
Each package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined at the time of purchase. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation before work has started. Once the design process begins, the order can no longer be canceled.

Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
