Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our custom digital design services (logos, business cards, and graphic design), cancellations are subject to the terms below.
1. Cancellation Before Work Starts
Orders may be canceled only if work has not started.
If the cancellation request is approved before any work begins, a full refund may be issued.
2. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once the project has started, the order cannot be canceled.
This includes cases where:
Design work has begun
Concepts, drafts, or previews have been delivered
The client has requested or received revisions
3. Completed Revisions
If the project reaches completion with the included three (3) revisions, cancellation is not allowed, and no refund will be issued.
4. Client-Initiated Delays or Change of Mind
Cancellation requests due to:
Change of mind
Change in business direction, name, or style preference
Failure to provide required information on time
are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with order details.
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
6. Agreement
By placing an order and completing full payment through our website, the client agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
